Kimilia Realty is a Vegas-born, agent-first, tech-powered brokerage. We believe an agent’s time belongs with clients, not buried in paperwork or spread across a dozen apps that don’t talk to each other. That’s why every agent who joins us gets Kimilia, a platform built by our founder that covers every step of an agent’s business in one place, from getting found and winning the client to marketing the home, running the deal and turning each closing into the next one. We run lean on purpose, without big corporate offices or layers of overhead, and put what we save back into better tools and better support. When something gets in an agent’s way, we fix it, and the tools keep getting better because of it.

Kimilia Realty was founded by Ryan Kim, a Las Vegas broker who came to real estate after a long career in technology. He worked at software companies later acquired by Microsoft and BMC Software, ran his own technology consulting business, and most recently served as Vice President of Digital Engineering at MGM Resorts International. Real estate had always been his passion, and when he finally made the move into the industry, he saw how much room there was to improve, especially in how agents work day to day. Too much of an agent’s time went to paperwork, repeated steps and tools that didn’t fit together, time that should have gone to clients. So he built Kimilia, a technology platform for real estate agents, and started Kimilia Realty to put it to work. Kimilia is a separate company, open to agents at any brokerage, and Kimilia Realty’s agents use it like everyone else.
